We created this podcast because we know what it’s like to lead without enough support or resources. As business owners and leaders ourselves, we experienced the weight of decision-making and the lack of spaces for honest, reflective dialogue. Say Less Unscripted was created to offer what we once needed.
Through thoughtful, unscripted conversations, we explore strategy, leadership, and the realities leaders face as they build and evolve. Each episode is designed to provide perspective, spark reflection, and support clearer thinking listeners can apply in their own work and leadership.

Monthly Masterminds is a paid, 90-minute monthly group session designed to help leaders think strategically, anticipate what’s next, and move toward their goals with clarity and confidence.
Held on the last Thursday of each month, this is an ongoing experience with a minimum 12-month commitment, creating consistent space for leaders to bring real challenges into the room. Through guided conversation and shared perspective, participants gain clarity, surface blind spots, and leave with insight they can apply immediately.
This is not a workshop or a lecture. It’s a strategic working session designed for sustained thinking, meaningful dialogue, and long-term forward movement.
